Otto the mudskipper pull along NEO - is the coolest contribution in the NEO Stone Age Land series. Living both in the water and on land is quite an achievement. Otto is a happy villain with a long hanging tongue who is constantly lurking for his next catch. When he is really sad, he closes his mouth and hides his tongue until he is happy again. Pull the tongue and Otto is happy. Otto is made of cotton canvas on a wooden base with wheels. The two-part treadmill is fastened with velcro for extra safety.
